Step 1 —

Free 15-Minute Consultation

Understand your concerns, determine suitability, and outline possible goals.

Step 4 —

Pre-Carer Coaching (25 mins)

Quick review on the Pre-Screening Assessment, setting up treatment goal & coaching on take caring dementia patient. 

Step 2 —

Fill your Intake Form

Collect background information, clarify expectations and service details. 

Step 5 —

Ongoing Sessions

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions focusing on cognitive maintenance, emotional support, and behavioural strategies.

Step 3

Pre-Screening Assessment (20 mins) + First Session

A short cognitive and emotional screening for the elder, followed by the 1st regular session to begin support.

Step 6 —

Progress Review & Post-Carer Coaching

A structured review of progress with updated recommendations and tailored strategies for continued care.
